Yes, we do. We always prioritize each and every one of our customers. Hence, exclusive gift cards will be offered in our catalogue soon.

What are the payment options?

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, we are encouraged to accept any kinds of e-payment method. Online banking through PayPal is accepted for us. For your information, we're sorry to inform that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in the moment.

Is surprise delivery services available?

Yes. We do provide surprise delivery services provided that it is within Klang Valley region.

What is the return and refund policy?

We sincerely hope you can be perfectly satisfied your purchases. We're accept return and refund under certain policies.  You will have 7 days to return back the item to us from the date you received it. To be eligible for a RETURN, you must make sure your items is unused, unworn and in an original packaging. Please make sure you keep the receipt of the item, It is the proof of your purchase. Once we received your items, we will initiate a refund to you within 3 working days. For your information, we will not be responsible on any shipping costs during the process of return.
