1. For wrong delivery.
2. For damaged goods during delivery.You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt the products. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
- When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receipt the products
- Any item not in its original packing and label
- When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
- Has been used
- Damaged for reasons not due to our error
